Well I'm not sure why this would be happening. There are only 2 direct queries this module performs one when the order is saved (line 79) and another for the mailchimp modules mail merge variables (line 435)

Comment out those lines one at a time and see if either of them fixes the situation.

Also can you tell me what your set up is. Drupal version, maichimp/emf version, UC varsion, server setup. You know all that stuff that may be helpful in debugging.

This suggests your server is timing out while trying to call the remote Mailchimp API - perhaps you have a firewall in the way or some kind of outbound connection restrictions on your server?

the same error : views_bonus-6.x-1.1, I later deleted the module which solved my problem
