New option to flat glossary view (don't group terms by parents)

Hello, it would be really nice to have option to disable showing terms under its parent term.

So instead of:

X
-- Y
-- Z

Glossary shows:
X
see also: Y, Z
Y
see also: X
Z
see also: X

It's useful for vocabularies with mutl-parents and/or vocabularies where terms parented, but are not realy sub-terms.
