Added rules and trigger integration. For every transition of every node type a event for rules and trigger (depending what is installed) is fired, so you acually can do:
- if a revision of type company_news gets live, send an email to the CEO
- If a revision of type company_news is entering the "needs review" state, write an email to Person XYZ Adding: http://drupal.org/node/697792
