Since I can't figure out a way to have ip_authenticated users (or even authenticated and admins) access user/register and user/password, can we figure out a way to have ip_authenticated users be able to log out and switch to register in one action, so that registration page is loaded before ip_authenticator has a chance to relogin.

All I know, is this is a major flaw in one of the major intended uses of ip_authenticator (for use within an intranet to log in terminals in a facility). How are users supposed to then create accounts?
