I've researched some of the modules out there for Drupal 5 - bookimport, book_import_export, node import ...

What do you recommend ? Need to find a Drupal 6 book import and/or export.
Any advise would be very much appreciated because we have a ton of books to import !
I know the book, node, node_revisions and menu links tables are involved for starters.

For such question, you should ask in the forums.
Book access doesn't import any data, as its purpose is to alter the permissions given to users when accessing to books.
