Imediasee Player in Panels?

I have downloaded the imediasee player and have it working on both pages and stories. However, when I am using a panel view to create content I cannot get the player to work. It looks like it loads (black box) but never plays the video. I have tried this two different ways, first by adding and existing node and then by creating new custom content and the result is the same both times. I would appreciate any help.
