Currently in the cvs repo the embed-compressed.js file is in the bundled_flash_player/lps/includes directory. Looking in media_player.theme.inc file it's being called as if it were in lps/includes. Either the theme file needs to be updated to point to the correct location, or the file needs to me moved to lps/includes
