Is it possible for this module to work with reverse cache like varnish.

Or is this something that will never be possible?

PL needs to see the cookie for anonymous users, hence you need to find out how to teach Varnish about it. If PL cannot see this cookie, then it cannot do its job.

We don't do general varnish support here. This issue queue is for the module, not the reverse-proxy server. ;)
