"Register a new user" fields are repeated

After installing and setting up Gigya, the "Register a new user" fields are repeated at http://www.mysite.com/user/register. See attached image.

Disabling the Gigya module corrects the problem.

I have the Gigya beta10 with the patched version of Popups API.
