rules intergration or allow access when price is $0.00

Hello, I love the module, but I'm severely caught up with an issue that many seem to have on UC forums.

How to allow users to download items, if the price is set to free, without having to go through the checkout.

Would it be possible to get a rules action just the same as the CA action? This would allow us to open the field for access based on more then just a sale. (example, price, items purchased, points, etc).

Ideally that would be the best, but a second best would be a simple.

If item's price is $0, don't restrict access.
