If you have a list so:
Vocabulary
-Term 1 (0)
-Term 2 (0)
-Term 3 (0)
-Term 4 (0)

(0) number of post inner the terms

with Display number of items actived, when you insert a post, example inner Term 1 the order change so:
-Term 2 (0)
-Term 3 (0)
-Term 4 (0)
-Term 1 (1)

(for to repeat this you create a vocabulary with Auto expand menu items)
