Defaults based upon parent nodes

Just to say that it can speed up task and other Storm content type submission when there are settable or logical defaults.

By logical defaults I mean that when in a project (the parent of many other content types) has a hour price set then this should become the default when a new task or ticket is created under this project. By settable default I mean that when a new project is created that the default price should be taken from the Storm admin page.
