I am sending this request to have my post promoted to the front page during the next interval. My post is in the Drupal showcase section of the forum.
It seems the front page has not been updated since January 26. I think my post would a nice addition to the front page because it talks about a site which is rarely featured, which is a foreign language membership site showing how Drupal is the best solution for creating proper UTF8 websites.
I have included some screenshots as attachments for inclusion in the following order: top-screen.gif, funds-screen.gif, peek-screen.gif, admin-menu,gif next to their appropriate sections.
Thank you for your consideration!
Darrell..

gdemetHi Darrell -
I'd be more than happy to review this case study. There are currently a couple of other stories ahead of you in the queue, so we'd probably be looking at next week for promotion, assuming that it gets the +1 from a couple of site maintainers.
I'm not seeing the screenshot files that you mention in your original post, can you add them as attachments to this thread? Thanks!

gdemetA couple of comments in the meantime:
- Can you remove the references and links to your previous projects? The focus of this case study should be on this specific project, not other sites in your portfolio
- Throughout, you make several references to books that have helped you out and software tools that you used to build the site. I think other members of the community would find it helpful if you told us which books those were and which programs you used.
- As I can't read Japanese, I'd love to hear more about the site itself, and who or what the "Offshore Fund Club" is. Ideally, the case study would include some metrics for how the new site has helped your client succeed and met their business needs.

gdemetThis issue has been sitting for a week now, with no apparent changes to the case study. If other site maintainers would like to offer their comments, that's great, but I'd personally like to see the items in my comment above addressed before offering my +1.

avpadernoThe points made from gdemet are important, and I would like to see the text changed as per those points too.

gdemetIt's been over two weeks since this issue was submitted, with no changes made to the case study. Unless other site maintainers feel differently, I'm going to leave this open one more day, then mark as "won't fix".

gdemetClosing this issue as per previous post.
