It looks like someone requested something similar, but not quite as directly related to the core functionality of this module.

It'd be great if the scheduler could generate an email to the author of a content piece that is about to be unpublished, reminding them that it is about to be unpublished (maybe 24 hours in advance?).

I don't use this module but it appears as though it integrates with rules. Have you tried setting up a rule to do what you are after?

I have been thinking the same thing -- i.e., about being notified prior to scheduled unpublish.

You probably could do it with Rules or Workflow-ng (I am on D5) ... but it would be nice if it was actually integrated into the module itself.

Maybe the module creator would be so kind ;-)

Why integrate it, if it can be done with an existing module, especially if only one person will use this functionality?
