Upgrade site (and theme) from 4.7 to 6.x

I'm looking for an estimate for upgrading a Drupal 4.7.2 website (and theme) to 6.x. I can send you site details and a link.

The two sticking points (beyond the normal task of upgrading) are:

1. This is a dual-language (English and Persian) site. The template is set up to run both left-to-right and right-to-left text (and the homepage uses both).
2. There is one CCK content type that uses GMap for location, along with an image and a text field.
