hi im trying to use this module on my drupal website 6.x
i have SWFtools and Flowplayer enable and when i upload video for my node i got this error .
som one can help me ?

Yeah, since your hosting provider doesn't support for the execute commands, you have to disable conversion and auto thumbnail features ,or upgrade to VPS.
