When using Paging module to limit characters per page, the result is different number of characters per page - 1st page the rigtht number of characters, 2nd page much fewer characters, 3rd page right number, 4th fewer etc....
This must be a module error, or ?

Gurpartap Singh commentedNo, the system checks for proper position in text to break it at. Like paragraph ends, or sentence ends. It uses Drupal's mechanism of figuring out the teaser of a node, but with your custom specified length per page.
If you want somewhat exact limit, use limiting by words, rather than characters.

Airplay commentedSorry wrong question - the issue is how to control line breaks, right now there are placed strange/wrong places

Gurpartap Singh commentedIt's up to you or the node content editor to set positions of page breaks.
