Conflict with Popup API

Not sure if this belongs here or in the Popup API queue, but I'll start here.

I installed Popup API and the "here" test link on the settings page (admin/settings/popups) doesn't work properly. I get the "loading..." popup but nothing beyond that. This with only the Cobalt (and not any of the additional Cobalt modules) installed.

I turn off the Cobalt module and the Popup API module works as expected. Clicking the "here" link loads the page in the popup modal window.
