Issue Summary
Not sure what's going on with this message here but it occurs when I attempt to upload videos (any).
warning: mkdir(c:\windows\temp/video): File exists in D:\mydomain\includes\file.inc on line 91.
I have all of the settings correctly entered to allow the extentions I'm using.
The following directory tree is present under the drupal install: /files/videos/temp
No files can be found in any of the directories even after an attempt at uploading w/error.
The directories were created by the module itself.

Sorry. This problem was a local issue unrelated to the module.
