Issue Summary
According to usage statistics, version 5.x has been hovering between 0 and 2 users for almost a year.
Given that Drupal 5 support will soon be dropped altogether, and the fact that salesforce 6.x is a complete rewrite, can we drop 5.x altogether?
How do we go about doing so?
(The issue queue is not the best format for this type of discussion, but I'm not sure where else to discuss.)

I have removed support for this from the module page.
If you are the one remaining user of the 5.x branch and this is going to cause any kind of problems for you, please contact me.
