<me> as a Menu Title

I've been using this module and it's a great help. Thank you!

Right now 'me' aliases are used for link paths. But I'm wondering if it's use can be extended to include other elements, such as Menu titles. For example, I want to create a menu item which instead of saying "My Account" would print that user's Username and link it her/his profile page.
This would be especially useful when creating a drop-down menu, and it would avoid the hassle of writing a block manually and then having the nightmare of getting the right php code, and aligning that block with the menu block... etc etc

Theoretically this should work pretty neatly with this module. I mean drupal already recongnizes
<none> in block titles
or <front> in block display settings
so why not allow for <me> in block titles and, especially, the menu titles?
