I have set up workflow, triggers, and actions and it seems to be working fine for authenticated users, editors and publishers, however the nodes (which are in a menu) do not show up in the menu when I'm not logged in. I have set all content types to be published by default. I have 3 states besides creation: edit content, publisher review and publish content. The writer moves the article to the editor who then moves the article to the publisher review state, then the publisher clicks the "publish content" state button and I thought that workflow would then publish the article.
Maybe that isn't how you are supposed to do it? I am a little unclear why the publisher would have two states (since other people aren't setting up their states that way), but it seemed like the action "publish node" should be assigned to a final state, after the publisher had a chance to review it. Is there something I'm missing?
I have permissions set so that anonymous users should be able to see the published nodes. And the nodes seem to be published (they are viewable in the menu by logged in users), but do not show up in the menu system for anonymous users.
What is the problem, please help!

Bastlynn commentedAre your anonymous users set up to be able to access content under user permissions?
Are you using workflow access instead to control who can view what (if so, what are your settings there)?
