I'm sorry to say that I have a problem with the documentation.
How do I activate the logging function?
The bot already joined the server.
When I'm saying in channel:
[22:46] BOT log pointer?
[22:46] #chan is not logged; no URL exists.
What url is he talking about??

Like most modules, you have to configure the logging module. Head to admin/settings/bot/log to determine which channels to log, and then admin/user/permissions to determine which logs should be made public.
