I have created a provider module to support TagTele.com French video sharing web site.

While applying a CVS account, to post the module I made on Drupal.org, I was requested if I could send a patch to emfield instead. #698662: xmacinfo [xmacinfo]

So, will emfield accept to integrate TagTele or should I do a contrib module?
