Thanks for this wonderful module.

I find a spelling flaw in the file montharchive.setting.inc which would result in the broken display.

In this file #suffix is misspelled as #sufffix, which is with one more letter "f".

This situation is also happened in the week module.

Thank you. It was broken in the 6.x-3 branch as well.

Since you checked the week module, I'll let you know I'm rewriting that one entirely.
