it appears /etc/apache2/conf.d/aegir
contains Include /var/aegir/confir/vhost.d/
instead of Include /var/aegir/config/vhost.d/

not a big problem, just throws up an error on apache restart

Think this was a PEBKAC error here, sorry.

The INSTALL.txt clearly states echo "Include /var/aegir/config/vhost.d/" > /etc/apache2/conf.d/aegir
