I would like to ask, if it is possible to use SOLR with LiteSpeed Server (http://www.litespeedtech.com/) ?

If yes, please let me know, what should be possible steps.

No idea. Solr itself is a java app that has to run under tomcat, jetty, or some other java servlet container.

The Drupal module should run ok under any webserver with PHP 5.2.+, but as always you need to be able to trouble-shoot your own issues.
