Issue Summary
On future releases (but really, more in a 6.x branch, if that's on your roadmap), do you have any plans to make this configurable by group type? On sites with multiple types of groups, this could be useful, as with some types of groups it might not make sense to have group managers be able to admin user accounts.
As one example, on a site that was running within a school, if student-led clubs were set up as group types, you probably wouldn't want students to be able to administer users.
