I have setup quotes to include a link the bio of the author, but when I click on that link I get the message above. I have looked at all the permissions and can't find anything that stands out. This behavior occurs for all types of users.

There have been numerous similar issues as you describe since 6.15 came out. Haven't followed them all. Are you using TAC or node access contrib modules?

I cannot reproduce this in the current -dev release. There may be some other module interfering, but I have never seen this on any of my sites.

The only thing I can think of to check is to make sure you don't have Views intercepting the "quotes/author/xxxxx" menu path.
