I am trying to build Question and Answer (Q&A) like yahoo ask type. How to do this and what modules should I use. Any tutorial available. If any body know please post link here

Read through the different modules and check for reviews. Choose the one that suits your needs best and install the module

I have at this time no experience with drupal FAQs, but this looks promising:
