I have cache set at 10 mins and normal. I have mollom anti-spam module installed. But for some reason any comments posted do not show up immediately. I searched all over drupal.org for anyone else reporting that behaviour but did not find any.
I have tried to have no spam modules, but this issue still occurs. I started seeing it after I upgraded to Drupal 6.15
