Is it possible to display teaser in search results instead of keywords

In the search results I'd like the teaser of the node to show up instead of just keywords, which look kind of garbled. I've searched and can't really find any solution to this nor can even find a module that does it. Does anyone know if this is possible or if there is at least a search module that would do this? Thanks!
