Issue Summary
Hello,
there was already a posting concerning extended features of this module: http://drupal.org/node/25369
Would be great if these ideas could be included in the module. But as far as I could see crazybooks who wanted to do it, isn't currently very active.
Anyway my request is as follows: I would appreciate if it was also possible to add more custom fields to the "detailed information" part. I was thinking especially about:
"Weight of the book:" and "Binding:"

Would also be nice to differentiate copyright into:
"Month/Year of Copyright"
MM/YYYY
and "Copyright Licencse"
e.g. All rights reserved, Creative Commons Share Alike 2.0, GNU Document Licence
Background: More and more books are published under Free Licences. This should be stated here.
The top of it would be to have a Link - URL field available to link directly to the licence.
