I'm not really sure if this is a bug or what so I'm just gonna mark it as support request.

Reproduce: Create a View with Views Rotator style with a number of items to display. Setup a couple of blocks. Create a QT tabs for that blocks. Check the quicktabs on the actual page view.

Result: Only the first tab/block loads as a View Rotator. The rest of the tab doesn't load as a Views Rotator. It displays the whole items as a list (does not rotate).

Any advice? I need to insert a Views Rotator inside a Quicktab. Thanks.

Update: Same thing happens with Views Slideshow. The rest of the jquery on the rest of the tabs does not load. jquery only works for the default tab. Even if you load them the other tabs does not render properly unless it is the default tab. I tried setting 'load all tabs on page view' but its still the same.

So I take it the quicktabs does not support any slider/slideshow module?

Feature request then...

can you try 2 view rotator blocks on the same page (without using quicktabs)?

Yes the blocks are displaying alright without the quicktabs.

ok, then next question:
are you sure you are using:
1. -rc4
2. QT in non-ajax mode

Try the installing the Ajax Load module, this resolved the issue for me with Views Carousel loading in Ajax enabled quicktabs.
