Hi guys, is anyone else having a problem getting clean URL's to run on OpenSource Host? I run a number of Drupal installations with this company with the default .htaccess file and the service has been good but the latest two installs refuse to run clean URL's.
I am in discussion with the support but at the moment I appear to be getting the "it's your problem" response
"You will need to find out what the requirements are for this configuration, once you know what the requirements are you may need to adjust your .htaccess file. I don't see any issues with your hosting so it appears this function would possibly need some settings adjusted. Thanks
Anyone already come across this with this with Drupal on OSH?

Update... No help from OSH support. This was the response...
"The problem with this issue is that I am unaware of exactly how this module works and what kind of configuration it needs. The best support for this issue is going to have to come from the creators of the drupal module or from drupal. I'm sorry for the inconvenience."
