langcheck 6.x-1.0

After a long and uneventful development period we release the first stable version of Language checker module.
The module administration page is here ?q=admin/settings/langcheck
and the translation status of enabled modules is available here: ?q=admin/langcheck-batch-display
The module define 3 new permissions, visit the permissions page too ?q=admin/user/permissions.
