pretty much overlay a panel on top of another. example of use
we can have a panel with a video on the backgroud, and and the foreground some content etc... to give that very interesting visual
another example can be on the background we have a changing image and on the foreground content or something else
is it possible to arrange the panes that way

nevets commentedNormally I would use a content type that includes all the information needed (ie background and foreground content) and use at least css to style and probably a custom node.tpl.php to structure the output into background and foreground elements using css to achieve the overlay.

Letharion commentedBecause the issue queue has a great number of open issues, and there are few volunteers to tend them, I must prune old issues that are left untouched for a long time.
