Need help Creating Dynamic Section

Hello,
I am new to Drupal. I want to create a site similar to the following site which was created using Drupal.

My question is how do I create a section similar to the Attorney Profiles section on the website? I assume I need to use the CCK module, but more specifically how do I create a link in the main navigation that links to a page which lists the attorney names and then links to each individual attorney page?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
