My site is an alcohol enthusiast site & I would like for users to be able to add their favorite places to drink in certain sections of the site. My site is Bubblia.com & an example of where I want users to be able to add content is http://bubblia.com/bars/alabama On this page I would like to add a form that will create a page about the bar or whatever place the user adds. How do I do this? Thanks in advance for any help!

What have you tried so

What have you tried so far?
Generally you'd just create a content type called 'bar' and give users the ability to create content for it.

I have created a book page

I have created a book page for each state and I can't decide to just let users click on 'add child page' to add content or to put a form on each page. Or maybe I could go in and change the link that says 'add child page' to say 'add new bar' or whatever type of place it may be. Would it be ok to change that link? I'm still quite new to all this and I just get stumped with some of these things!

Well, it's not a "book page",

Well, it's not a "book page", and they don't really get placed as child pages, so no.

It's a new content type which you can control editorially differently, with different permissions, different tags, and different (no) book structure.
This gives you control over theming, indexing, publishing workflow and all sorts.
