I have a new installation of 4.7.2 at psychotopology.com. When I go to the admin/menu page and try to enable key menu items such as access control, blocks, categories, and logs, the system refuses to acknowledge the attempt. I click on "enable" next to the (disabled) item on the list, and find myself on the "edit menu item" for that item. No options available except to click "submit," and whether I do or not, the item does not become enabled.

Help?

It has mysteriously started working again. Perhaps I'm dealing with gremlins.

Alot of the menu stuff ends up getting cached. When making changes, sometimes it takes some time for it to re-cache and for you see the effect of the changes.
