Spam. They're a "Bangalore, India based Web Development company" and every post they have here (well, 3) does reads as spam.

I unpublished http://drupal.org/node/276786#comment-2570830 ( 1+ year old paid services post).

They're first post here was back in Nov 2009 http://drupal.org/node/634838

Looking at the tracker of the user account, I see two posts, and both seem spam. We have a section of Drupal.org for listing companies offering Drupal related services (not all the companies are listed there, though, as there is a decision on the merit), but adding the posts in the wrong place made them spam.
