I have created a panel page for one of my content types. I have added the comment form to one of the panes in the layout. When I submit a comment through that form I get a WSOD after some time and when I refresh the node I can see at least 99 pages of comments created.

Wow. I've submitted lots of comments via panel panes and I've never run into this problem. Can you duplicate this on a very basic system? If so, describing that system and providing steps on duplicating it would be valuable.

Because the issue queue has a great number of open issues, and there are few volunteers to tend them, I must prune old issues that are left untouched for a long time.
