I noticed that in some cases the issues table is covered from the blocks, while in other cases this doesn't happen.

Is there a reason why this happens?



The first screenshot shows what I see for the Drupal.org infrastructure queue, while the second shows what I see for the Drupal.org webmasters queue with the same browser running on the same OS (Safari 4 on Mac OS X 10.6).

The difference is also evident with Firefox, and for anonymous users. It seems more a user interface bug.
