Where has the format source option gone

Great mod, thanks!
I have just switched from FCK to CK and I noticed that CK messes up the html with line breaks en tabs.
For example:

<p>Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Praesent nec velit. Aliquam pretium erat vel nisl. Donec felis sem, porta eget, varius in, hendrerit vitae, arcu.</p>
<p>Pellentesque tempus aliquet nunc. Sed dapibus, felis at malesuada pharetra, erat lectus tempor metus, quis hendrerit eros erat eu metus. Integer pede. Mauris ligula justo, egestas ut, rhoncus vitae.</p>

will be formatted as :

<p>
	Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Praesent nec velit. Aliquam pretium erat vel nisl. Donec felis sem, porta eget, varius in, hendrerit vitae, arcu.</p>
<p>
	Pellentesque tempus aliquet nunc. Sed dapibus, felis at malesuada pharetra, erat lectus tempor metus, quis hendrerit eros erat eu metus. Integer pede. Mauris ligula justo, egestas ut, rhoncus vitae.</p>

On the docs page http://drupal.ckeditor.com/setting-up-profiles?page=0,4 it seems that this formatting can be turned off but I think the screenshot used is still from the old FCD editor?
