Hello there!

I am trying to create a view that will contain all the attachments of a specific file type that were posted in my forum. However, there are 2 main things that I cannot figure out:

1) The attachments that were uploaded through the "Comment Upload" module are not shown at all.
2) There is no way to get only the uploaded files of a specific extension (I checked the filters of course but I cannot find anything useful there).

If anyone has faced the specific problem in the past please write a reply about how you solved it.

What type of view are you making? If you start with a file view you get a filter for "file: mime type".

Ouch! I have created so many views with type node, that I did not even take the time to think about it... Thanks a lot. I got a feeling that this is the problem...
