http://drupal.org/node/302253 has many instances of using the apostrophe for it's where none is needed. When you use the apostrophe you ALWAYS mean "it is" - there are no exceptions to this rule.

A quick read will turn these up, just mentally substitute "it is" when you see "it's" and if it makes no sense, you don't need the apostrophe and having one is a grammar/spelling error.

Thanks for the spot. This got written at the end of a long doc sprint at the end of a long conference, and that particular rule is one I obviously mess up at times.
