@zzolo -

As requested - my request for becoming a co-maintainer.

Let me know what you need to see from me (capabilities, experience, etc).

Thanks,

Jason

Hey Jason,

Just released 1.0 btw: http://drupal.org/node/712748

About co-maintainership. I don't need you to run through any hoops or take any tests. I just want to point you to some resource before you get into Drupal development on drupal.org, assuming you have not read these already.

* Drupal coding standards: http://drupal.org/coding-standards
* Writing secure code: http://drupal.org/writing-secure-code
* Simpletests: http://drupal.org/simpletest (if this was a more complicated module, I would have ensured that tests were in there before 1.0)
* Module developing guide: http://drupal.org/developing/modules
* Drupal cvs guide: http://drupal.org/handbook/cvs/quickstart

Otherwise, I am curious: What more does the module need? Honestly I don't see that much that can be added to the module and there's not really many people using it. But, I don't personally use the module much, so I don't have the best perspective.

Thanks for the resources - I haven't read all of them yet but will.

I don't think the module will need much, but since I use Typekit and Drupal both quite a bit, I'd live to be connected with it so as their platform evolves I can help keep the module up-to-date.

As for usage - now that it's been released as a '1.0' module, I'm going to let the Typekit folks know - they post stuff on their blog about platforms that support it, and I think it's important for the design community to know that there's another platform that's ready to run with it. I suspect the usage will climb!

Cheers,

Jason

Awesome!

As far as actually becoming a co-maintainer, you have to get a CVS account on drupal.org which means you have to follow this: http://drupal.org/cvs-application/requirements

And looking at it now, it doesn't really mention accepting only co-maintainers, but you can try. Take it seriously, as they have become pretty strict in the past year or two. You should be able to reference this issue.
