TinyEditor is a ultra lightweight editor (215 lines !) which has just been released and can be found here : http://www.leigeber.com/2010/02/javascript-wysiwyg-editor.

It may be too simple, and there does not seem to be an API to create plugins.
But I personally find its simplicity refreshing (and its weight too).

Any interest ?
