I have recently tried to get onto my Admin page to make changes to my site. I am able to access the admin account, but if I try to Administer or create content I get this message:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare system_main_admin_page() (previously declared in /home/joh/public_html/modules/aggregator/drupal-6.14/modules/system/system.admin.inc:12) in /home/joh/public_html/sites/all/modules/drupal-6.15/modules/system/system.admin.inc on line 60
As far as I know, I haven't made any changes to the site recently that would cause this. What exactly does this message mean and how can I attempt to access the site without further messing things up?

From what I can tell there is something wrong with this path:
/home/joh/public_html/modules/aggregator/drupal-6.14/modules/system/
It should look something like:
/home/joh/public_html/modules/aggregator/
