We're looking for a Flash/Drupal developer who can build us a module/Flash component wich gives us a frontpage like ted.com

The data/content should be received from a simple, custom view from the Views module (Block with image and title, on hover: image, title, publish-date and a small teaser or CCK field if possible. The image and title contains a link to the node)
